Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of DecisionGYM, operated by Pallas Arc Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17364330), registered office 17 Kohima Close, Aldershot, GU11 1RD, United Kingdom. By creating an account, you accept them. How we use your data is explained in the Privacy notice.

You must be 18 or over. You confirm this when you create your account.

Your account is personal. Do not share it or let anyone else use it. The self-assessment is about you: answer it for yourself, not for someone else.

Keep your password safe. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password.

DecisionGYM gives you a structure for thinking through your decisions. It does not tell you what to decide.

Your Self-Assessment Report and your Decision Snapshots are built from your own answers. They are a starting point for reflection and a structure for your thinking. They are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice, and they are not a psychological or medical assessment or a diagnosis. DecisionGYM is not therapy or coaching. If you are navigating something clinical, a licensed professional is the right person to talk to.

DecisionGYM is currently in a free test phase, open by invitation only. Nothing is paid during the test.

Everyone in the test gets, once:

• a self-assessment, with your Self-Assessment Report. While the assessment is in progress you can start it again; once your Self-Assessment Report is written, it is not redone;
• one decision, with its Decision Snapshot. Until the Snapshot starts being written you can start the decision again or switch to another kind of decision; after that, it is not redone and no other decision follows;
• one Training Grounds session with a written note: the one your Decision Snapshot recommends.

Everything in Training Grounds without a written note (the games, thought experiments, library and monthly challenges) stays open to you for the whole test period.

During the test your Self-Assessment Report is not rewritten, and birth details can be given only at the start of the assessment, not added later. If you find a mistake in your birth details, write to us: we correct it free of charge, and your Self-Assessment Report is written again once, at no cost to you.

The test runs for about one to two months and may be extended.

When the test ends, you can stay for a small fee and keep everything you have here. A new assessment, another decision or a subscription will come with the paid version, and testers get at least 60% off.

If you choose not to stay, your account and data are deleted after the test, on a date we email you beforehand.

You can delete your account at any time, from Settings. How deletion works is explained in the Privacy notice.
