Cookie policy
Version 2026-10Last updated October 2026
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This policy lists the ones DecisionGYM uses and why. How we use your data in general is explained in the Privacy notice.
The cookies we use
We use only the cookies the app needs to work. We use no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and no cookies from other companies.
- Sign-in cookies (sb-...-auth-token): keep you signed in. They last up to 400 days and are deleted when you sign out.
- dg_locale: remembers the language you choose, once a choice of language is offered. It lasts one year.
Other storage in your browser
While you fill in your birth details, your browser keeps what you typed in its session storage, so it is not lost if the page reloads. It is cleared when you close the tab, and nothing is saved in your account before you confirm.
While you write in your journal, text you have not saved yet is kept in your browser's local storage, so it is not lost if the connection drops. It is removed once it is saved and when you sign out.
Why we don't ask first
These cookies are strictly necessary for the app to work, so they are set without asking you first, and the app shows no cookie banner. If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will ask you before setting it and update this policy.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookies, you cannot sign in to DecisionGYM.
